Aluminium alloy lock body internal by high carbon steel wire rope with one end fixed in the aluminium alloy lock body, the other end of the wire rope is connected with the lock, the lock body has a countersunk hole for the lock to penetrate, the lock body is provided with two and countersunk holes through the diagonal holes, each diagonal holes are provided with a spring, in the diagonal holes and countersunk holes through the respective zinc alloy gears are provided, gears are supported by the corresponding springs, the head of the lock is opened with two gears were corresponding with grooves, constituting near the front end of the first notch two steps have chamfered front. There are two grooves in the lock head corresponding to the two gears, and the two steps constituting the first groove near the front end of the lock head are chamfered at the front part of the groove.
When the steel wire seal is in use, after letting the lock belt pass through the sealed part of the package, the lock head is put through the through-hole on the lock body, so that the two steel balls in the lock body enter into the two grooves on the lock head respectively, and the two steel balls are pressed in the two grooves on the lock head under the action of the corresponding springs, so that the lock head is locked and the sealing can be completed. Through the co-ordination of the two steel balls and the two grooves on the lock head, the lock is locked more securely.
